Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions you need to be aware about in terms of cancelling my services:
If for any reason you wish to cancel one of my services, please inform me before-hand, so we can discuss it accordingly.
For the Helpers and Stationary Package you are within your right to cancel at anytime before a service is provided, if you cancel during while I'm in the middle of processing one of my services for you, I will charge the amount I have worked within the time-frame I have worked for.
For the Starter's Package, if you wish to cancel our package, please do so after you paid agreed payment plan before cancelling so that for the next month you will not be charged. Please do not cancel before the agreed payment plan as you will still be charged. Please do speak to me if you wish to cancel on this plan.
For the Learners Package, if for any reason you wish to cancel during the month, you will still be charged based on how many lessons that were given in the month.

Availability:
Monday-Friday: 10-4:30pm
Weekend availability will only be accepted upon request if it's urgent, this is for those selecting the Helpers Package. You will be charged £10 extra per hour if you request a weekend date depending on the service you request.
